OUR SPORTS LIABILITY GROUP

Whitelaw Twining’s Sports Liability Group will help you navigate the complex world of sport litigation and sport law issues. Our team has experience in doping matters, team selection and carding disputes. We represent national sport organizations and have engaged in pro bono work on behalf of athletes. We have represented our clients both at the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada and internationally at the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
